Video from our last day of riding in Myanmar from Hpa’an up and over the Kayin mountains to the border with Thailand. It starts out on bumpy tarmac and then the road disappears into huge potholes as it becomes a one-way track filled with trucks and people movers. We were hauling through there! Good fun on the Royal Enfield Machismo 500s prepped by Vintage Rides.
Video from our ride through Myanmar so far. It’s been epic riding from the Indian border through Mandalay, Bagan and Inlay Lake.
Don’t these Royal Enfield Bullets look just the part? 😉
I’m getting ready to start a new motorcycle journey and here’s a video revealing the country I’ll be riding through… It’s a view into my daily urban riding in Delhi on a KTM 390 Duke as I chase down a visa. Warning: if you’re not a lover of speed or fast riding, DON’T watch! and don’t hate, I’m a professional :p
New Year, New Press!
Mint, a business newspaper in India (part of WSJ), compiled all the GoPro videos from my trip and recorded an interview with me about using the GoPro for capturing your adventures. Check it online!

Big thanks to the MTMIndia crew for growing the adventure motorcycling community in India!
Here’s Part 2 of my interview shot at Motorcycle Travellers Meet – India.
I cover my long-term journeying strategy (plan two weeks at a time), the gear I carried (tent, stove, water filter), funding and budgeting, the use of Couchsurfing, the story behind sanDRina and why I travel on an old bike and how I beat traveler’s fatigue by carrying ‘home’ (my curry) with me 😉
Here’s the first of a three part interview shot at Motorcycle Travellers Meet – India, which was held near Bangalore at the end of July. I cover the inspiration for the trip, the first day, the benefits of having a flexible plan and why I encourage solo travel 🙂
Here’s a helmet camera video from my ride into Calicut (Kozhikode) yesterday. The driving is crazy on Kerala’s busy roads but makes for fun riding if you can match the local pace 😉
Not for the faint of heart!
